Smoking has various health hazards. You must note that smoking reduces your lifespan by about 10 years. For this I would like to suggest here that you must drink plenty of water and eat raw vegetables. This will help you to combat headaches.

2. Weakness: You may face the problem of weakness due to smoking cessation, but don’t worry and don’t smoke. Just try to eat something at this time and you will feel okay. I do understand to give up smoking addiction is not easy, but we must try for it as it destroys your health completely.

3. Hunger: Person when stops smoking he/she start feeling hungry many times in a day. So, you must increase your meals in a day. This will help you to overcome the hunger and urge to smoke.

4. Sleep problems: When you quit smoking you face the sleep problems. You can overcome this withdrawal symptom by engaging in the daily exercise routine or by going for a walk for about 30 minutes. This will help you get a sound sleep.

5. Psychological problems: Irritation, anger, and restlessness are the psychological problems faced by the individual once he quits smoking. You will feel depressed, but please don’t smoke again. For this you can either do meditation or indulge yourself in activity or spend a time with your loved ones. This will surely not allow you to smoke.

6. Constipation and gas pains: You would be facing the constipation problems along with the gas release once you quit the smoking habit. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water. This will help you to overcome the constipation and gas pains.

7. Lack of concentration: This is found to be the most common symptom of the smoking withdrawal. This happens as the neurons in the brain always needs the nicotine to concentrate as you make them addicted. So, this way your concentration affects by smoking cessation. For this I would suggest you to plan your work and avoid getting stressed. So, by overcoming these all symptoms you will not feel the urge to smoke and you would be successfully able to quit the unhealthy habit of smoking.
